Nexeo Plastics is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards to provide equal access to all users.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities, across three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA.

This platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard.

We have implemented the following accessibility features:

• Keyboard navigation: all functionality is accessible via keyboard
• Screen reader support: content is structured for compatibility with screen readers
• Text alternatives: images include appropriate alt text descriptions
• Color contrast: text meets WCAG AA contrast ratio requirements
• Resizable text: text can be resized up to 200% without loss of functionality
• Focus indicators: clear visual indicators for keyboard focus
• Consistent navigation: navigation mechanisms are consistent throughout the site
• Form labels and error identification on all inputs

Despite our best efforts, some limitations remain:

• AI chat interface: some dynamically generated content may not immediately announce to screen readers. We are working to improve this.
• Formulation data: complex ingredient tables and specs may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We provide text alternatives where possible.
• Third-party content: some embedded content from partners may not meet all accessibility standards.

We assessed the accessibility of the platform through:

• Self-evaluation using automated testing tools
• Manual testing with assistive technologies
• User feedback and testing
• Regular internal accessibility audits
