How does the AI grade search work?

Describe the part and its requirements (for example, "a clear housing that survives 50 gamma cycles without yellowing"), and the AI suggests candidate grades with rationale grounded in our catalog. You can then save them to a project or request samples.

How do I request a sample?

Open any grade or a saved application concept and choose "Request sample." Your request is tracked in your workspace, where you can follow its status from requested through approved, shipped, and delivered. Most samples dispatch within 24 hours.

What is your return policy?

Because resins are moisture-sensitive and lot traceability matters for regulated parts, opened or partially used material cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or off specification, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
